Arizona cardinals one of there many concerns is there starting quarterback, who should get the job Young Athletic Matt Leinert or Older but experienced Kurt Warner. Leinart needs to step up and take control of this team, Warner will not be around forever soon he will have to take the position and lead the team. He realizes he has to change his image off the field doing this will make a much better leader when he gets back on the field. Hopefully he won’t let the perks of being a starting quarterback in the NFL distract him too much longer. He is not the only one who needs to mature sooner than later Aaron Rodgers needs to step up and take what Bret left behind. The Ravens Joe Flaco I think his name is needs to be a leader, and Phillip Rivers Needs to be a leader. Rivers talks a big game maybe this year he can show the rest of the NFL the true potential of the San Diego Chargers
